Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large green sweet peppers
    12 large red sweet peppers
    12 medium onions
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Remove seeds from peppers and grind peppers and onions.
    Pour boiling water over the mixture and let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain. Pour cold water over and let stand 4 minutes.
    Can use more green peppers and red peppers for color.
    Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, peppers and onions; bring to boil and boil 5 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal.
    Good and easy.
