Potato Salad (White Potatoes)(Makes About 18 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
4 eggs
5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. green and regular onion, mixed
1 1/2 Tbsp. sweet relish
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 stalk celery
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Boil potatoes and eggs until cooked.
Remove outer skin and dice potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces.
Stir in onion, relish, celery, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mustard.
