Quick And Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
10 to 11 oz. bottle Burgundy wine
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
Preparation

In a bowl, mix together the soup mix, mushroom soup and wine. Place meat in a deep baking dish or electric skillet and pour sauce over it.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 or simmer in an electric skillet at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 4.
