Mushroom Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 small onion, finely chopped
 
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 c. beef bouillon, room temperature
3/4 c. dry red wine or cooking wine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 box fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
- 
                            Saute onion and garlic in butter until onion turns yellow. Add mushrooms; saute approximately 5 minutes.
 
Add flour; stir and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Add bouillon and wine.
Stir and simmer for a few minutes.
May be used over chopped sirloin steak, hamburger steaks, sliced London broils, etc.
