Quick Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 medium can fruit (your choice), plus 1/2 of juice
Preparation
    Melt margarine or butter in an 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Mix sugar, flour and baking powder together, then add milk.
    Pour this over melted margarine or butter.
    Put fruit and juice over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, or until golden brown.
    Yields about 9 servings.
