Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. peaches (canned, frozen, or fresh)
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Melt margarine in deep dish.
Mix flour, sugar and milk.
Pour this over melted margarine.
Do not stir.
Put in fruit, sweetened to taste.
Do not stir.
Sprinkle almond extract over peaches. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Can substitute 1 cup blueberries for peaches, in that case, omit almond extract.
