Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lemon jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 small jar maraschino cherries, cut up
Preparation
    Mix
    all ingredients together and refrigerate, preferably overnight.
    May be placed in decorative mold and unmolded for presentation
    or
    served
    by
    the spoonful right from the dish.
