Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 c. zucchini, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 eggs
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
    2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cook together first 7 ingredients until zucchini is tender. Beat eggs and fold in shredded cheese, then mix into zucchini. Line 10-inch pie pan with 8 ounce package crescent rolls.
    Spread crust with 2 teaspoons mustard.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
