Macaroni Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    10 oz. frozen green peas
    1 c. sliced gherkins
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until tender and drain.
    Cook peas and drain. Mix macaroni, peas, cheese, gherkins, mayonnaise and onion; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
