Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Mazola oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy; add other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    (I prefer to cream sugar and oil; then add beaten eggs.
    Next, add all dry ingredients that have been sifted together.)
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Test with a toothpick.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove and finish cooling.
    Freezes real well.
