Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    4 slices bread, broken up
    2 (16 oz.) cans salmon, drained and flaked
    2 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix butter, milk and bread.
    Stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onions, salt and pepper.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into salmon mixture.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
