Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans creamed corn
1 can corn
1 c. corn meal
1 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack)
1 c. diced green chiles
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
