Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
7 scant Tbsp. flour
3 scant Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
3 egg whites
3 scant Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, milk, egg yolks and butter in medium saucepan.
Cook until thick.
Pour into a baked pie shell.
Make meringue by beating egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form; fold in vanilla.
Spread meringue on pie and brown in a 400\u00b0 oven.
