Pierogies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    5 c. precooked, mashed potatoes
    1 c. cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 4
    ingredients and roll out flat.
    Cut dough into 2 x 2-inch squares.
    Fill with potato and cheese filling; fold in half.
    Press firmly around edges.
    Boil in water, then fry in butter and onion.
