Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and butter.
    Add buttermilk, flavoring, salt, lemon juice and slightly beaten egg yolk.
    Mix thoroughly. Pour into pastry lined pan.
    Bake in a hot 425\u00b0 oven until an inserted knife comes out clean.
    Cover with meringue made of egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Bake in a slow oven for 20 minutes.
