Oat Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown rice syrup or honey or fructose
    1/2 c. canola and/or safflower oil
    1 c. applesauce, unsweetened
    1/4 c. water
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. unhulled sesame seed
    2 tsp. Rumford baking powder
    1/2 tsp. light salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
    3 c. rolled oats
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Spread into a 13 x 9-inch pan prepared with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
