French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes
    2 tsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2 inch wide sticks. Place in bowl of ice water about 30 minutes to crisp, then drain.
    Pat dry with paper towels. Place sticks into plastic bag and add oil, paprika and salt. Shake to coat. Place on large cookie sheet in single layer. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Stir once or twice. Bake at 450\u00b0 for last 10 minutes.
