Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) brisket
    1 bottle liquid smoke
    1 (28 oz.) barbecue sauce
    garlic salt
    onion salt
    celery salt
Preparation
    Day 1:
    Line a long pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Place the meat in the foil and pour 1/3 c. liquid smoke over the meat. Sprinkle with the salts.
    Seal foil tightly to refrigerate overnight.
