Baked Apple And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 apples, thinly sliced
6 Tbsp. sugar or more
2 Tbsp. flour
4 c. cooked carrots, sliced lengthwise
3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
-
Place layer of apples, then layer of carrots, then sprinkle with mixture of sugar and flour.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Pour juice over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
