Chocolate Crunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O chocolate flavor instant pie and pudding filling
    1 c. cold milk
    3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    20 chocolate sandwich cookies, ground
    1 1/2 c. rocks (chocolate chips, Butterfinger or peanut butter chips)
    1 (6 oz.) chocolate crumb crust
Preparation
    Prepare pudding mix with cold milk as directed on package. Fold in whipped topping.
    Stir 1 cup cookies and the rocks into pudding mixture.
    Spoon into pie crust.
    Sprinkle with remaining cookies.
    Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight.
    Garnish with gumdrop flowers or gummy worms, if desired.
    Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
    Store leftover pie in freezer.
