Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 large can sliced peaches, drained
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    In baking pan, sift dry ingredients.
    Add softened butter and mix well together.
    Add milk to dry ingredients.
    Arrange peach slices over batter.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
