Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg whites
2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies
6 to 8 oz. Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Beat together egg yolks, milk, Bisquick and salt.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
