Chicken Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    4 medium carrots, cut into chunks
    2 medium red potatoes, cut in chunks
    3 celery ribs, sliced
    1 c. (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Top with the carrots, potatoes and celery.
    Combine the soup, water, salt and pepper.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Yields 5 servings.
