Artichoke Bottoms With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen artichoke bottoms
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. shallots, chopped
    1/4 c. brandy
    1 c. whipping cream
    salt to taste (about 1 tsp.)
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook artichoke bottoms according to package directions.
    Drain well. Place in a buttered baking dish.
