Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion slices
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt to taste
    1 lb. cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
Preparation
    Saut onion, celery and pepper in drippings. Do not allow to brown. Add flour and stir until moistened. Slowly add tomatoes and ketchup, stirring to blend. Add Worcestershire sauce and salt, mixing well. Add cooked shrimp long enough to get hot, just before serving. Serve over mounds of cooked rice. Can be frozen.
