Cheesy Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, cut into wedges
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in bottom of baking dish.
    In plastic bag mix flour, Parmesan cheese and a dash each of salt and pepper.
    Add several potato wedges and shake until wedges are covered. Place wedges in baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
