Beer Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 container Cheddar spread
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 Tbsp. beer
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. onion powder or 1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

Soften at room temperature the Cheddar and the cream cheese. Mix half Cheddar with half cream cheese, then add rest of cheeses and other ingredients.
Chill overnight.
Serve with small bread sticks.
Keeps in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks.
