Hot Bacon Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) loaf round bread
12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Cut lengthwise slice from top of bread loaf; remove center, leaving 1-inch thick shell.
Cut removed bread into bite-size pieces; set aside.
