Old-Time Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. butter or 1 stick oleo
    1 c. sugar
    3 rounded Tbsp. flour
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Have butter or oleo soft.
    Add sugar; cream together well. Add flour and beaten eggs; beat well.
    Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until tested done.
    Cool completely before serving.
