Carolina Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and sliced peaches
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. cream
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss the peaches with flour, nutmeg and salt. Turn the mixture into pie shell.
    Pour cream over the top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
