Donuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. warm water
4 Tbsp. yeast
1 qt. warm milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
4 eggs
3 tsp. salt
12 c. bread flour
Preparation

Combine water and yeast.
Let set 15 minues.
Add remaining ingrediens.
For extra softness, you may add a pack of instant mashed potatoes (prepared as on box) before adding all the flour. Dough will be a little sticky and does not need much kneading.
Use plenty flour to roll out.
