Rocky Mountain Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. peeled, sliced tart apples
3 Tbsp. Grand Marnier liqueur
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Amaretto
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated orange peel
cream, whipped cream or ice cream
Preparation

Grease a 2-quart round baking dish. Arrange apples in bottom. Sprinkle with cinnamon, lemon peel, orange peel and liqueur.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, salt and butter.
Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle this over the apples and spices.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 1 hour.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Serve with cream, whipped cream or ice cream.
