Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Rub butter around the inside of a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Crumble raw beef into dish, sprinkle rice and onion soup mix over meat.
    Mix mushroom soup and water in small bowl, pour over the rice mixture.
    Cover tightly with lid or foil.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with green salad or baked potato.
