Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. currants
    milk as needed
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter and currants.
    Add milk to make soft.
    Turn out on floured board.
    Knead half a dozen times; cut dough in half.
    Roll out each half of the dough in 3/4-inch high rounds.
    Cut with knife before baking.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
