Roast Chicken With Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken (about 3 lb.)
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1 garlic clove, split in half
    1 lemon, quartered
    1 small onion, quartered
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Rinse chicken inside and out; pat dry. Season inside and out with salt and pepper.
    Rub garlic over the skin, then place inside cavity.
    Stuff lemon and onion inside cavity.
    Tie legs together.
