Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 stick margarine, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation
    Mix squash, salt, pepper, carrot, sour cream and soup.
    Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.
    Line a dish with part of stuffing.
    Pour squash mixture over stuffing in dish.
    Sprinkle rest of stuffing over the top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
