Barbecue Baked Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. liver
    1/2 c. flour
    1 small onion, sliced
    4 slices bacon
    1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Wash liver.
    Coat with flour.
    Place in nonstick roaster. Place onion over liver.
    Lay bacon slices on top.
    Pour 1/2 of barbecue sauce over liver.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn liver and pour remaining sauce over liver.
    Bake for 15 minutes longer.
