Cajun Potato Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped fried bacon
    minced garlic clove
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Bake all potatoes until soft.
    In large bowl, mash peeled potatoes with parsley, bacon, garlic, green onions, nutmeg and Cheddar.
    Mix well.
    From mixture make small patties about the size of a biscuit and 1/2 to 3/4-inches thick.
