Glori-Fied Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 celery stalk with leaves, chopped
    1 carrot, grated coarsely
    2 Tbsp. corn oil (Mazola)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. broccoli flowerets (in separate stalks)
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's)
    1/2 soup can water
    1 can tuna, drained
    4 slices cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to
    350\u00b0.
    In
    large\tfrypan,
    heat oil.
    Add onion, green pepper,
    celery and carrot.
    Stir-fry over medium heat about 12\tminutes
    or until tender.
    Add broccoli, butter and rest of ingredients,
    stirring gently until well blended. Pour into butter greased
    baking
    dish and, if desired, cover with the cheese
    or bread crumbs.
    Simmer in oven, uncovered, until
    cheese
    melts
    or crumbs
    lightly
    brown.
    Serve
    over toasted rolls or noodles.
