Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    4 oz. white enriched bread
    4 med. eggs
    1-1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1-1/3 tsp. baking soda
    artificial sweetener to equal 2 Tbsp. sugar
    2-1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar replacement
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix eggs, baking soda, pumpkin and vanilla together.
    Put rest of ingredients in separate bowl.
    Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients a little at a time and beat on low speed with mixer. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 cupcakes.
    Serves 4.
