Mama'S Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 medium bell peppers, chopped
    4 green onion tops
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    2 c. beef broth
    4 green onion tops
Preparation
    Brown meats.
    Add onions, peppers, onion tops and celery.
    Add beef broth.
    Simmer for all flavors to blend, about 20 minutes.
    Do not let dry out.
    Stir in cooked rice when ready to serve.
    Meat mixture can be frozen for later use.
