Cockeyed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. cold water
pecan halves
Preparation

Spray 9 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
Sift dry ingredients directly into the pan.
Mix lightly with wooden spoon and make three hollows in flour mixture.
Mix melted butter, vinegar and vanilla.
Pour into hollows.
Pour 1 cup cold water over everything and stir just until mixed with wooden spoon.
Frost by sprinkling batter with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and pecan halves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
