Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large ripe tomatoes
    2 onions
    2 green peppers
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Grind the first 3 ingredients. Put in a large pot. Add remaining ingredients. Boil slowly for 3 hours, uncovered. Pour into sterilized jars and seal tightly. Great with meat loaf or any meat dishes. Makes about 5 1/2 pints. Green tomatoes can be used.
