Wine Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 c. wine (sherry, Claret, Rose)
Preparation
    Mix well in bowl the gelatin and sugar; add boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add juice and wine. Mold and chill.
    Serve as dessert or as accompaniment to poultry.
