Pot-Lucky Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. (6 1/2 oz. can) tuna
    1 c. (8 oz. can) peas and carrots
    1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add onion and celery; cook until lightly browned.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper to form smooth paste.
    Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
    Add cheese, tuna and vegetables; pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with biscuits and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
