Italian Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten with milk
4 trimmed pork chops
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dredge pork chops in crumbs, then in egg and again in crumb mixture.
Place in Pyrex dish that has 1/4 cup melted butter in it.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn after 30 minutes.
Recipe works well for boneless chicken.
