Giant Pretzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 envelope yeast
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast and sugar.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Place salt and flour in a bowl.
    Add yeast mixture and stir.
    Shape into desired shape.
    Beat egg and brush on top.
    Bake 12 minutes at 425\u00b0.
