Pasta Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. cottage cheese (low-fat, small curd)
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
16 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
1 (13 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix spinach, Mozzarella cheese, egg white, Parmesan cheese and nutmeg until blended.
Fill each pasta shell with a heaping tablespoonful of spinach mixture.
Place in greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Spoon sauce over shells.
Cover with foil.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Makes 4 servings.
