Apple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 small-medium apple, unpeeled and finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. apple juice
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and parsley. Microwave for 2 to 4 minutes on 50% power to blend flavors.
    Add Cheddar cheese and chill.
    After chilling, form ball and roll in chopped parsley.
    (May use dry parsley.)
    Serve with assorted crackers.
