Hoe Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup fine corn meal
1 teaspoon salt
water

Preparation

Mix together.
Add enough water to make mixture almost soupy. Have black iron skillet greased with bacon drippings and spattering hot.
Pour mixture in pan cook on medium heat until brown, then turn over and cook until done.
Serves 4-6.
